RV12 Plane Kit
This year for my final STEM Engineering project, I and nine other classmates will be constructing a fully-functional RV12 propeller plane form a kit. This $65,000 kit is being donated to San Marin High School by the generous men and women of Gnoss Field (a local Novato airport). The full kit will require knowledge in heavy-set power tools and aerodynamics. The fuselage, along with panels, will be made first along with the wings. Then engine and electrical components will be built separately along with the rudder and flap controls. As the project progresses this page will be updated. Stay tuned!
